Sliced aubergines in sunflower seed oil

Tasty aubergines freshly processed during the natural harvesting period and sliced. After being seasoned, the aubergines are hand-packed into glass jars and preserved in sunflower seed oil. Suitable for making appetisers or as a side dish. Try it for dressing sandwiches or toast.
